In such cases, the traveler will not be eligible for any refunds from the carrier, supplier, or Voyzant Inc. Voyzant Inc. assumes no liability in such circumstances.

Voyzant Inc fees are not refundable unless this is stated otherwise during the booking process. Any refunds will be transferred back to you to the payment method you used to make the original booking. Any refunds will be processed as per the Service Provider rules and cancellation policy. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc.

Seat requests will be honored wherever possible, however they cannot be guaranteed, as final seat allocation is at the sole discretion of the airline. Some airline companies offer seat preselection at the time of booking for free or with a fee based on the airfare purchased.
